Request and conversation
A conversation about your target audience (local buyers or foreigners), the number of listings, languages and integrations. We show you some of our portals as examples.

Discovery and structure
We define the property data, categories, locations and filters. If you take listings from partners, we review their data sources.
1 week - 03
Designing the portal
Visual design focused on search, reading listings and the map. We design for the phone first, because more than 80% of visitors arrive on one.
1–2 weeks - 04
Development on Anart Pro
We build the design, the content blocks for real estate, the filters, the map and the import of partner listings. Everything is tested at a test address.
2–3 weeks - 05
Launch and training
We put the portal live at its real address. Then comes live training on entering listings, in one or two sessions. Monthly maintenance runs from then on.

What clients ask about a real-estate portal.
Can I add listings myself?
Yes, that is the core of the Anart Pro platform. You add new listings, change prices and upload photos yourself. Live training and a recording are included in every project. Larger agencies with many listings can give access to several colleagues with different roles.
Do you support importing from other systems?
Yes: XML, CSV or REST API. Most often it is an import from partner agencies or a central CRM. The import runs automatically, every 30 minutes to every few hours, and listings appear on the site by themselves.
Which languages do you support?
The Anart Pro platform supports every language. The most common combination for a Montenegrin real-estate portal: Montenegrin + English + Russian (English for the international market, Russian for the established community of investors). A second language adds ~25% to the price, a third ~15%.
Can the portal connect to our existing database?
Yes, we connect them through a REST API. Tell us which database or CRM you use (for example Pipedrive, HubSpot or your own MySQL database). The connection is charged separately, and we quote it after we analyse the system.
How much does it cost to add a new property type (e.g. commercial alongside apartments)?
If it is added within the same project, it is included in the base price. If it is added after launch, it is done through monthly maintenance or as a small extra (about €100–300, depending on complexity).
